As a company we are doing our best with the current set of circumstances to continue operating and providing our customers with the best possible service. COVID-19 as a global pandemic has not only affected the individual person but businesses both small and large. We have taken a major hit but have refused to give up or lay off any of our employees who depend on us. We have also made huge adjustments to create a safe work environment for our employees as well as our customers.
We are maintaining processing of all of our orders and having them shipped out on time! That being said, all of the major shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, etc.) have also been greatly affected and are doing their best but are not guaranteeing delivery times on packages. Packages may be delayed. This is the same for each shipping carrier and extends to all businesses shipping online product orders through third party companies (UPS, FedEx, etc.). We ask that our customers be patient and understand that we, as a company, have zero control over third party shipping carrier’s processes and procedures. We are doing our best with what we have control over at this time.
